Welcome to Mountain Vacation Properties (MVP), LLC. We are located in Fayetteville, WV, the gateway to the beautiful New River Gorge. MVP offers three luxury vacation rental houses on our 25-acre property that is close to downtown Fayetteville (1 mile) and the New River Gorge Bridge
(2 miles).
Our combination of secluded location, luxury housing and service to our guests is unequaled in the New River Gorge Area. Plan your next vacation with us and take advantage of all of the exciting activities that the region has to offer, including whitewater rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, zip lines, rock climbing, ATV trails, hiking, world class smallmouth bass and trout fishing, shooting sports, horseback riding, skiing and many more.
Fayetteville offers many excellent restaurants and shops to enjoy after a day of adventure in the gorge or relaxation on the back porch.
Each of our 4-bedroom houses can accommodate 10 to 14 people making our vacation rentals a perfect choice for large family gatherings, reunions, wedding parties, church groups or just friends getting together for a trip down the river.
Larger groups (up to 28) can be accommodated if two houses are rented. We are happy to help you plan your vacation by recommending local activities, outfitters and restaurants in the area.
